Founded by Jascha Leeks on July 16, 2022. Our founder started with a simple vision: to build a community around plant-powered meals, with a special focus on leeks. Growing up loving fresh produce and innovative cooking, Jascha saw leeks as more than an ingredient—they symbolized creativity, community, and flavor.
Ever since opening, our Bistro has become a haven for vegans, food enthusiasts, and health conscious. Our Bistro is more than just a restaurant, we’re a space to connect, celebrate plant-based eating, and showcase the endless possibilities of vegetables.
