JASCHA LEEKS
Founder & Owner of Olive Leeks Bistro
Jascha earned a bachelor’s in hospitality and management at Kelon University and worked as a barista throughout her student life. She gained skills in customer service and café operations during those times. Knowing that she is passionate about mastering the art of coffee and is an explorer of different tastes, she decided to travel the world to enhance her ability to taste coffee.
To create a unique coffee experience, she founded Leeks as another way to enhance the flavor of coffee. Her café focuses on high-quality, ethically sourced coffee and a plant-based approach. She ensures a welcoming atmosphere where customers can enjoy expertly crafted drinks.
OUR MISSION AND VISION
We rooted our finest ingredients and prioritized local and organic produce to support our community, which also reduces environmental impact. We ensure our packaging is compostable to minimize food waste disposal, as one of our goals is 100% sustainability. Our menu is designed to excite the palate with rare delight and uniqueness in taste. Jascha made this creative combinations to showcase the incredible diversity of plant-base ingredients into a daily booze as a coffee master. We’re proud to partner with local farmers and artisans, creating a network that uplifts everyone involved.
